The high speed performance credentials are further enhanced by Canon’ s one-pass duplex system which virtually doubles the speed achieved by conventional scanning, enabling 100 impressions per minute. Finishing capabilities match those you might find at a local print shop, - including C and Z folding – giving you the cost-effective option to handle work in-house that might previously have been outsourced. Deadline-beating performance The iR5075 prints and copies at a super quick 75 pages per minute making it ideal for busy departments producing significant quantities of documents or as the heart of centralised production facilities in large organisations. The iR5075is a powerful device running at 75 pages per minute . This standalone version can be configured with an optional network PDL printer unit S2. High quality printing High quality document communication becomes the norm using the iR5075 with crisp, clear prints at a superb 1, 200 dpi. You can finish documents with the type of professional finish that you might not expect possible without sending to a local print shop. Documents can be ‘ Z’ folded or even ‘ C’ folded, giving a raft of different ways to present your work in a way that will get them, and you, noticed. A document insertion device allows you to insert heavier stocks up to 256 gsm– perhaps coloured dividers produced on another device – into your workflow for added professionalism. Access to the iR5075 is controllable via passwords, your company’ s network log-in procedure, or even fingerprints. Documents can be held securely in mailboxes, until the relevant user is ready to print them at the device. Documents can also be encrypted before sending to others. For highly sensitive material, a watermark can be embedded into a printed document, becoming prominent when someone attempts to make a copy. To minimise the threat of external hacking, network authentication tools ensure that only authorised PCs or Macs can communicate with the iR5075. Furthermore, device hard disks can be erased or encrypted, and " job logs" concealed.
